GUILLOTINE is a former United States Navy S.E.A.L. (Sea, Air, and Land) who became frustrated with the lack of ruthlessness that his fellow teammates displayed. This led him to join the COBRA organization and become a COBRA EEL. He quickly rose to a squad leader position by destroying the spirits of anyone who stood in his way. His extensive amphibious training and combat diving qualifications have allowed him to lead many naval operations that deploy from fast-attack Night Landing Rafts.
GUILLOTINE can suffer environmental extremes that leave most of his peers begging for relief. He considers his perseverance essential to his goal of crushing his enemies and completing his missions in any climate, on any terrain, or in any body of water. If he continues to prove himself in battle, COBRA COMMANDER might just have another training program for him in the future.
