Senshi was born in Osaka, Japan and his family's heritage traces back to samurai from the 14th century. His family moved when he was five years old, bringing with them their respect for samurai tradition and the ancient katana once wielded by their ancestor in defense of the Emperor. Quickly learning English fluently, Senshi pursued both martial arts/weapons training and language classes as his twin passions. He developed into a regional Judo champion while mastering six different languages.
Senshi's life pivoted after he lost his parents and his adopted homeland in the Great Quake that decimated coastal California. Aching from this deep loss, and without a home or family to swear loyalty to, Senshi was recruited by Condor to join Action Force. He took to military training quickly, and immediately became one of the team's most lethal and effective agents. A man of deep conviction, Senshi remains true to the eight virtues of Bushido: rectitude, courage, mercy, politeness, honesty, honor, loyalty, and self-control.

This action figure is part of the Action Force genre within the Action Force series and included in Wave 5. With an average selling price of $23.50, this toy is not very valuable as it's selling for less than retail. Quite a few (24) of these toys are in user collections so it does seem to be somewhat popular.
