BULLET-PROOF is in charge of urban law enforcement operations, which includes the deployment of G.I. JOE S.W.A.T. (Special Weapons And Tactics) against COBRA high-value targets. His mission objective is to seriously degrade their hierarchy and ability to function with impunity.
