Marvel Legends Spiderman retro collection Green Goblin review by www.youtube.com
Raphael cejaman presents a detailed review of the Hasbro's Spider-Man classics retro series, inspired by the 90s animated series. Particularly focusing on the Green Goblin figure, Sam states that it is designed as a throwback to 90s toy biz cards. The figure comes with accessories including a glider and pumpkin bomb, along with an interchangeable head sculpt of Norman Osborne. He appreciates the design and artwork on the figure, from Goblin's eyes to his clothing, which is a separate piece. Sam recommends the figure but points out it lacks a display stand, necessary for creating the illusion of the Goblin standing on his glider. He looks forward to more figures in this line and hopes to see animated versions of other characters from the series.
Marvel Legends Green Goblin Spider-Man Vintage Retro Review by www.youtube.com
In the Spider-Man vintage retro series, the Green Goblin has reemerged with some nice updates and fresh packaging. This model is a reissue from not so long ago but now also features a Norman Osborn head sculpt, which I’ve been eagerly anticipating. The figure has a brighter color scheme, new head sculpt, and modified paint schemes. It comes with the same glider, but with modifications for a new flight stand and a goblin bomb accessory. The retro packaging is something I'm fond of, it brings back memories from the 90s when I became a Marvel fan. It is a definite collectible item, one to keep and one to open and display. The glaring difference with this reissue is in details such as the head sculpt with eyes that people complained did not quite match with the animated show. But the color scheme adheres accurately to the animated series. Overall, this Green Goblin figure stands out given its vibrant colors and I particularly like the updated Norman Osborn head sculpt. It might just necessitate purchasing another demo goblin flight stand for the complete look.
