Spider-Shot is a version of Spider-Man from an alternate reality in the Disney+ animated series What If...? In this reality, Peter Parker was shot and killed by the Green Goblin during their first encounter. His death inspired Gwen Stacy to become Spider-Woman, and she vowed to avenge him.
In the comics, Spider-Shot is first mentioned in What If...? #1 (1977), but he does not make his full debut until What If...? #16 (1981). In this issue, Gwen Stacy is revealed to be the one who shot Peter Parker, but she did so accidentally.
