Masters of the Universe Mattel Classics Lord Masque
The evil shape-shifting wizard Lord Masque spent centuries in the Sands of Time searching for the lost House of Darkness, the enchanted prison of his mistress and benefactor Shokoti. With his dark powers he finally located her temple and raised it from the sands, but a wandering nomad saw it and alerted the Masters of the Universe. Masque recruited a tribe of desert-dwelling Reptile Men and the mercenary Trap Jaw to prevent the Masters and the royal archeologist Melaktha from reaching the temple before it could be opened, but He-Man thwarted his efforts and defeated him with Orko’s help. More of an evil shadow than a man, Masque can transform into dark smoke to make his escape. He was one of Count Marzo’s teachers, and his power comes from his demon mask, which he stole long ago from the wizard Eldor.-
