The set is based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Coming Out Of Their Shells Tour, where the four Turtles became rock stars. Each of the Turtles gets a rock star makeover, complete with musical instruments, denim jackets, and more.
The figures were first available at Target for 124.99 and then online for 149.99 with the accessory pack which included t-shirt, all access concert pass and lanyard, bag, tickets and 4 guitar picks with the signed names of the turtles.-
