Cyborg, The Steel Sentinel, released in 1986 as part of Kenner's DC Super Powers Collection.
Cyborg's robotic exoskeleton increases his strength tremendously enabling him to smash walls and crush solid metal. He is able to run great distances, and his special steel covering can deflect bullets Cyborg's exoskeleton also has complex attachments, including hand operated lasers, an infra-red eye, ear amplifiers, a telescopic eye-piece, a sonic disruptor, a grappling hook a repair kit, and a device enabling him to interface with computers. Cyborg features several hand attachments that can be activated when you squeeze his legs.-
