DC Multiverse Lock-Up (Gold Label - Black Light - Batman: The Animated Series)
Lyle Bolton was expelled from the Police Academy and kicked out of various security jobs for brutality. Adopting the codename "Lock-Up," Bolton began capturing felons as a vigilante and taking out any police who got in his way. When his facility was discovered, Lock-Up tried to drown his prisoners, but was stopped by Batman, Robin, and Nightwing.
Accessories include baton, an exclusive card stand and a detailed black light base with two battery-powered black lights. Limited to 3,500 pieces.-
