With an average selling price of $174.68, this toy is not very valuable as it's selling for about its original retail price and is trending up. Hundreds of collectors have this toy (379) in their user collections, so it does seem to be very popular.

The paint on these figures is laudably good although there are some inaccuracies in their design compared to their film counterparts. The articulation across the board is satisfactory, particularly the upward head movements and the wrist hinges. However, the leg joint's upward angle is slightly irritating. The detailed paintwork and glossy plastic of the characters is quite impressive although there is some inconsistency in the depth of the weathering. Some figures have excellent weathering while others could use a bit more. However, there's a major issue with the shock trooper's weathering, which almost looks like it's been scratched by a cat. Another issue is with the red chin, which should continue all the way to the edge of the mouth according to the original design, but doesn't here. Moreover, the weapons are a letdown. Every clone trooper should have a DC15 rifle and carbine but only the shock trooper comes with the rifle. Except for these issues, the set and the figures are solid and are highly recommended.
